SHIPPING AND REFUNDS POLICY
Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and government holidays). We aim to process orders within this timeframe, but cannot always guarantee it.
Fully Activated CBD ships domestically to all fifty states. You will receive a tracking number via email when your product has shipped. However, if you do not receive a tracking number within 4 business days after your purchase, please Contact Us.
While we do our best to process all of our orders in a timely manner as stated above, we cannot guarantee shipping arrival dates or times. Some shipping delays can and may occur depending on issues within the United States Postal Service itself. Postal service delays can happen for various reasons such as but not limited to: Holiday surges, government holidays, economic phenomena, etc.
COVID 19 SHIPPING UPDATE:
The United States Postal Service has informed us that First Class as well as Priority Shipping has been delayed 2-3 days. We kindly ask that you be patient with their services, as they are experiencing heavily increased volumes of mail during the crisis.

- When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
- Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
- Fully Activated CBD does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
- The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
- If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to the United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Fully Activated CBD.
Unfortunately we are not allowing refunds on any items that we sell at this time.
